You are not alone. Most of the Endurance Learning team has experienced the same thing. We were devouring information trying to get enough of an understanding to be able to find our way in learning & development. It shouldn’t take years, or even decades, to gain the experience and the industry knowledge to deliver incredible value to your organization or clients. That is why we teach others to do what we do in a way that is rooted in theory and practice.
The L&D Pro Academy focuses on the skills that we’ve found to be most useful in our decades of experience. We teach the skills that would have sped up our own advancement as instructional designers. You get to learn from our triumphs and our stumbles, while hopefully avoiding too many of your own!
