Brian Washburn

Brian Washburn, co-founder of Endurance Learning, has over 20 years of experience helping subject matter experts become confident, engaging facilitators. His train-the-trainer sessions focus on practical tools, tailored guidance, and hands-on practice, equipping teams to deliver clear, effective training that sticks.

Brian regularly delivers Train-the-Trainer sessions to organizations of all sizes and has built Training Delivery Basics to support all trainers to better deliver sessions.

In addition to his practical experience, Brian is the author of two books.

Erin Clarke

As the lead instructional designer and main point of contact for Endurance Learning clients, Erin Clarke has been at the forefront of our adoption of AI tools for instructional design.
