Giving Better Feedback to Trainers

An easy approach to giving feedback to trainers that moves from subjective opinions to objective growth.

If you have ever felt like your feedback to a trainer was more about your personal preferences than their professional growth, you are not alone. Transitioning from “I liked your energy”  or “you offered great stories” to actionable coaching requires a structured approach to observation.

Join Brian Washburn for this 60-minute interactive webinar where he strips away the subjectivity of trainer evaluations. Brian will help you identify the four fundamental pillars of effective presentation and provide you with an observation framework designed to drive measurable performance. You will leave the session with a ready-to-use observation tool and some practice providing feedback that actually moves the needle.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Identify the 4 essential skills that any effective presenter should master.
  • Use a structured observation form to provide feedback to a trainer.
