RECORDED WEBINAR

Scenario-Based Instructor-Led Training

Using Branching and Role Play to Develop Better Decision-Makers

When you hear “branching scenarios,” do you immediately think of elearning? Most people do.

While branching scenarios are a staple of advanced elearning courses, they can be just as effective—and often even more dynamic—when brought into instructor-led training.

If you are ready to drive performance and improve critical thinking, designing instructor-led training activities that lead to behavior change is your challenge.

Watch our free, 60-minute recorded webinar to master two powerful strategies for the classroom: role play and branching scenarios. You’ll explore the key elements of effective decision-making design and learn how to use our custom scenario planning template.

By the end of this session, learners will be able to:

  • Select situations in which a role play or a branching scenario would be appropriate to develop critical thinking skills in their learners
  • List the essential elements of an effective role play
  • Use a branching template to create a simple branching scenario
