Reimagining In-person Engagement for Virtual Training Delivery

Moving a training session from a physical classroom to a virtual space is more than just uploading a PowerPoint deck and turning on your webcam. True engagement requires translating why an activity works in person into how it works as a virtual training activity.

In this free webinar, we’ll move past surface-level challenges (such as: “I can’t see people when they don’t use their webcams!”) and dive into the mechanics of deep virtual engagement.

Join us as we draw on 18 months of proven public webinar strategies and 11 years of train-the-trainer and virtual training delivery insights to learn how to assess the level of effort required for conversion to virtual engagement.

Plus, you’ll walk away with a copy of the Endurance Learning VIRTUAL Training Activity Cookbook to immediately spice up your next virtual session!

Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Contrast the hidden instructional dynamics of physical vs. virtual classrooms to identify barriers to engagement
  • Assess how heavy a lift it will be to change your session from in-person to virtual delivery
  • Apply recipes from the Endurance Learning VIRTUAL Training Activity Cookbook to quickly convert in-person exercises into an active virtual counterpart
